Doesn't look like much is being done to the protestors. If you're sending in the Marines and National Guard and people aren't getting terminated while the looting, masking, and illegal protesting continues, then you're all show and not much else.
Those terrorists on the bridges tossing concrete, bottles, and fire bombs? Well you cut off the bridge exits and give the protestors the opportunity to jump off or get the ever-loving shit beat out of them while they're getting arrested.

With Cell Phones now a days, I think everyone is more cautious, that is, knowing something could get posted and they get fired or court-martialed. Maybe I am wrong, just seems the Police take alot more crap from the Thugs these days than in the pass.

Mr. Patel and Mr. Bongino, partisan showmen placed in positions previously held by people with greater experience, earned their bona fides in Mr. Trump’s camp by promoting conspiracy theories, making promises of what they would accomplish under Mr. Trump when he returned to power based on fictional or exaggerated premises, pledging to reveal deep-state secrets and vowing swift vengeance on their enemies.
It has now fallen on Mr. Patel, Mr. Bongino and Attorney General Pam Bondi to make good on the promises explicit and implied — or show how hard they are trying. But they are running what amounts to a conspiracy theory fulfillment center with unstocked shelves, critics say.
“Patel, Bongino and the other leaders are caught in a trap of their own making,” said Russell Muirhead, a politics professor at Dartmouth College who has studied the role of conspiracy theories in American politics.
“The world they helped create, a world in which conspiracy destroys facts, is now the world they have to inhabit,” he added.

White House struggles to hire senior advisers to Pete Hegseth
Vice President JD Vance and White House chief of staff Susie Wiles have taken an active interest in finding ways to help Hegseth after he abruptly suspended two handpicked senior aides in April, accusing them of leaking classified information in a Fox News interview. Soon afterward, Hegseth announced the removal of his chief of staff on Fox News and a senior press aide resigned, writing later that Hegseth’s office was in “total chaos.”

So far, though, the administration has not had much luck identifying people who are either willing to work for Hegseth or who fit the bill politically. When I see people destroying things while waving another country's flag (and the Prez of their country (Mexico) endorses them), the proper term for them is "an invading army". Is there any doubt in any sane person's mind about how a country should go about defending itself from an invading army?
