Use alarm from other camera to activate preset on PTZ

I hope someone can explain me how to use an alarm from a hikvision camere (like line crossing or motion) and than trigger a preset on a other hikvision PTZ camera.

I have a DS-2CD2332-I IR 2.8 in the garden looking into it from the house wall.
There is a DS-2DE5220I-AE installed on the same wall high above.

So if the DS-2CD2332-I has for example a line crossing alarm, i would like the PTZ to go to a preset straight down, so i can see from aboven what happens against the wall what is out of sight for that DS-2CD2332-I

There is a DS-7616NI-E2/A NVR, so perhaps that can do it when it receives an alarm from cam1 to send a preset command to cam2.

i searched for a solution, but i could only find triggers for NO or NC ports on the NVR to ring a bell, or turn on a alarm light or something.

It is not a 2032 in the garden any more, but i did not upgrade the diagram yet.

check out the 'PTZ Linking' section under alarm input actions in your NVR's user manual.

basically, you want your 2332 turret to trigger NVR channel X on line crossing.
Then have NVR channel X set up to put your PTZ to a specific preset when it its triggered.

looks like it should be doable, but i don't have such an NVR to test/confirm...
