User Interface freezes & BI High Memory Usage

For the better use of words to describe what I am seeing for the last few months. Daily, I am seeing my main user interface freezes but the clips are still being captured to the right. It appears that BI is still working but I can't interface with the individual cameras. I can however interface with the clips to the right. It appears to happen at night. To fix this, I shut down BI and restart it. I am now having either this issue or my entire server freezes up overnight. BI tools are not sending me notifications on either issue. I am using Pulseway to notify me of the server freezing up. Pulseway allows me various tools to detect if the server freezes, one being a ping option. I am also using Pulseway to log CPU/Memory usage hoping to catch what is going on prior to lockup that is not BI software related.

Last week, I uninstalled and reinstalled BI on the primary HD (SSD just so happens). I have the recordings still going to the 4TB CCTV platter drive. This server's only job is to run BI, no other software resides on it. I am running the current version of this posting.

Here is the alarm report I received this morning from Pulseway:

The free memory on the computer 'SERVER' in group 'Default' is below 10% (641 MB free of 7984 MB).

Top Processes:
- Blue Iris Video Security and WebCam Software (BlueIris.exe): 4512 MB
- SQL Server Windows NT - 64 Bit (sqlservr.exe): 219 MB
- Google Chrome (chrome.exe): 115 MB
- Google Chrome (chrome.exe): 99 MB
- Google Chrome (chrome.exe): 78 MB
- Host Process for Windows Services (svchost.exe): 76 MB
- Google Chrome (chrome.exe): 71 MB
- Google Chrome (chrome.exe): 67 MB
- Blue Iris Video Security and WebCam Software (BlueIris.exe): 50 MB
- Desktop Window Manager (dwm.exe): 50 MB

No alarms on any other items (i.e. CPU, HHD's,...).

Here is the current usage:

I don't know why there are so many Google processes. I restarted the server and the Google processes always appear. Any ideas on why they auto start and why so many? If I kill one, all of them stop. Before running out and purchasing more memory, is there anyway to reduce BI's memory usage? I am wondering if the interface freeze is due to the memory usage..?

Thank you!!

What version of BI?
You might benefit from more memory. I have seen benefits with additional memory even if mem usage is only at 75 percent.

Release 4.3.0.5 x64

Looking at your sig you have alot of cameras for only 8G of ram.. "Free" is a misnomer, all your memory is being consumed naturally.. the "Free" is just the % marked as unimportant/cached data thats avilable for reallocation.. used is whats currently active and reserved, the rest could be consumed as a giant buffer/cache for Bi and not really show it as used to allow other software claim some of that space if it needs it.. to state it simply, just because the system shows a bunch of "free" ram should not result in the conclusion that adding more ram wont help.

are you using any swap or pagefiles or whatever windows calls the disk based ram storage? if you ever hit that even a tiny bit its a sign you need more ram.

I have servers at work with 64GB ram+ and will likely show most of that free, but if you look closely they are using all that memory for caching and reserving very little of it as important, thats how it manages to handle such staggering loads.
