Using BI as screen saver with Password to Login?

I have win10 64bit and wanted to turn on screensaver with password, with the screen saver to be the BI interface and if someone try to move the mouse or any click on the keyboard to ask for the password, and the BI screen saver to remain in place till password is entered.

Any options to do this?

There is no way to do this.

Google search returns this How To Set A Webpage As Screensaver In Windows 10 then set the url to your blue iris web interface. It might not work to display the live videos though.
EDIT found a reddit post that demonstrates how to view a live video through a windows screen saver(use html url video stream):

I used to do that with local radar during tornado season. Was on xp years ago.
