uStream - has anyone been successful?

I tried to stream RTMP from my IP cam to uStream today, but couldn't get it to work. Occasionally, a still image from the camera would appear, but the there was no continuous stream.

I have used RTMP to stream to YouTube and IPcamlive and both worked well, however, something is not right with uStream.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
 
The problem was that I had set Max Bitrate (under Rate Control), too high. Once I reduced the bitrate, everything started working.
 
Sorry to bring up an old thread, but did you get BI to successfully stream to youtube live?
 
What bit rate do you use for good clear video? YT was saying 4500, but that doesn't work well.
 
My upstream is great at 35mbps, resolution is at least 1920x1080. Seems like the video gets pixelated every second, then clears up, and repeats. How long can you live stream to youtube? I have a weather cam, so it would need to be 24x7.
