Hi all,

Just trying to setup BI for the first time. Cameras are Wansview W2 1080p, which are set up as model: NCM GA/GB RTSP, as per the user manual (also listed as tested on BI web page). Everything works great, except I am getting an error message around hardware acceleration-

HW VA not compatible: -10

Same for all 3 cameras. BI is running on i7 4790 windows 10. Intel 4600 HD graphics. CPU is @15% with 3 x cameras displayed, drops to ~5% when running in background. Have HW decode turned on (no VPP) for each camera and in global settings.

Although CPU is ok, I plan to add more cameras, and bought PC specifically to allow HW acceleration.

Any help very appreciated!
Thanks

Your load is too high regardless... have you enabled direct to disk? Stay away from crappy cameras like wansview
