Video delay VMS-4200

Having issues with the cameras time not being synced with VMS-4200 software. When opening the software and selecting the 3 aux screens to display the times on all cameras will be fine then over time each will go out of sync as bad as about 45-60 seconds. We have 21 cameras currently but want to expand to 23. All recording at 1080 20 frames. The main screen in VMS-4200 has 9 cams, AUX1 has 7 cams and AUX2 has only 1 cam. Any suggestions would be great.

Setup:
NVR:DS-9632NI-ST
NVR NIC1 to POE switch that cameras are connected to
NVR NIC2 to non managed Trendnet 5 port gigabit switch
PC with VMS-4200 is plugged into Trendnet gigabit switch
PC Specs:
I7-7700
16GB DDR4
250GB SSD
Nvidia NVS 510

Whats your ivms4200 version?? Its know 2.5.1.7 version have problems with video delay.

Use 2.6.1 or 2.4.1

Whats your ivms4200 version?? Its know 2.5.1.7 version have problems with video delay.

2.5.1.7 is the version I was running. I called Hikvision about 3 weeks ago and they didn't even hear of the issue just that it was a good case and to keep them posted. I will update to 2.6.1 to see what happens.
