I am using the BI app (not web) and trying to export a specific time frame on one of my cameras and having a hell of a time because I rarely have to do this - so I apologize in advance for the stupid question, but I have been googling and watching videos for awhile trying to figure this out. I have the camera up in the interface and the timeline control below. I can click on the timeline and see where I want to start, but I do not get the ability to "set export start time". It looks like this when I right-click the timeline:
If I right click the image window I get the ability to see both "set export start time" and "set export end time", but then when I export it is giving me nothing. It says done and no video is created. I'm obviously doing something wrong - but am too stupid to figure it out
