I do like how they blurred everyone else out of this picture, leaving the suspect unblurred .. very nice job by the LAPD
On closer inspection, I think having 2 cameras covering the escalator here would be better, one just like this fov, another focused tighter on faces at the start of the stairs where they are most likely to look up.
