I've installed two cameras, both the same make, model and settings in BI. One camera works great with great quality. The other starts off great then slowly the video gets grainy and keeps getting worse until you can't see anything, then back to being great again. Sometimes the quality will go bad then back to being great, other times it will go extremely bad and even disconnect then reconnect. Both cameras work perfectly when I use the CMS software that came with the cameras with no issues.
I've tried switching the network cables, resetting the camera, copied the settings from one camera to the next and nothing is fixing this.
I can run the CMS software at the same time as BI and watch BI slowly go bad with no change in the CMS view.
Any ideas?
