Hey all, trying to troubleshoot an issue on our BlueIris server that we've been fighting with for a while. When using the Timeline, navigating to pretty much any alert causes the "video stream was lost, attempting to reconnect" error to come up. If we let it sit for 30 or so seconds it will eventually figure itself out. In the browser console I get a 500 error:

When this happens, I checked task manager and the CPU isn't going any higher than 75% utilization, there is still free RAM, and lots of network/internet bandwith available. Hard drives are in a storage spaces array with a 2TB NVME cache that everything writes to first. The issue seems to happen with recent footage on the cache and with older footage on the hard drives.
Any ideas where to start with something like this? Thanks!
