Viewing HIKVISION and DAHUA NVRs on Apple TV

Hey there

Have a DAHUA NVR on a wired network which is also connected to an Apple TV 4. How may I view the NVR on the TV? Is there free software available or is Webcam HQ the go to?

Second system at a different property is a HIKVISION NVR on a wired network. Apple TV 3 is connected wirelessly. Am I able to view this on the TV? Don't want to jailbreak either of the devices.
