I am planning to purchase nine Vivotek FE9391-EHV-V2 cameras. Due to extreme cold climate conditions and long cable runs, I need them to be directly powered.
I understand that I need to purchase the IO Cable separately. However, Vivotek has informed me that they don't sell the IO Cable separately and that I must buy a version of the camera with the IO Cable built-in. The problem is, I cannot find any such version of the camera available anywhere.
When I asked about using an old IO Cable, they advised against it, stating it would require soldering. This contradicts my experience: I have already purchased one of these cameras, which has connectors, and successfully used an old IO Cable (unfortunately, I don't have the model number). Despite providing Vivotek with photos showing the camera with connectors and it working with the older IO Cable, they remain adamant that there are no connectors.
My questions are:

- Does Vivotek sell the FE9391-EHV-V2 camera with the IO Cable built-in? I have been unable to find it.
- If not, and if the Vivotek representative is mistaken, which IO Cable should I be purchasing?
