I have a Hikvision Model DS-7604NI-SE/P NVR with firmware V2.3.12 and I had 2 Hikvision cameras, 3MP, Model DS-2CD2232-I5, connected to the recorder. I could select either camera full screen view on the tv and the camera view would stay there, or I could select both cameras in a quadrant view and the view would stay there unless I changed it. I bought a Hikvision 8MP camera, Model DS-2CD2T85FWD-I8 and am running all three cameras at 1920 x 1080. My NVR is only good for 4MP so I can't run it any higher. Here's my problem: After I added the 8MP camera, that camera always displays on the tv screen. If I pick 1 of the other cameras, that camera stays on the tv screen for about 4 seconds and then goes back to the 8MP camera view. If I choose the quadrant view, I see the 3 cameras for about 4 seconds and then it goes back to the 8MP view. If I run my IE browser or IVMS 4200, on my laptop, the cameras act normally. I can pick any camera for full screen live view and it stays where I put it, same for quadrant view. I don't have my Hikvision settings set to rotate views, so that's not it. If I run just the 2 cameras which are 3MP, they'll work perfectly. I've tried every kind of change I could think of but ran out of ideas. Works on laptop perfectly but not on Vizio with the 8MP camera connected. Thanks for any help.

What size stream are you trying to display from the 8MP?
It's likely capable of 3264 x 2448, which is a 4:3 aspect ratio, the 1920 x 1080 streams are 16:9.
I assume the Vizio is at least 1080p.

I'm displaying 1920 x 1080 with a bitrate of 1536 and a frame rate of 20. My NVR won't handle the full res which is listed as 3840 x 2160. The Vizio is 1080 and my laptop is also 1920 x 1080.
Well, I'm stumped. You'd think throwing 1920 x 1080 at 2 different displays that should be able to handle would produce similar results....but it's not so.
