Vstarcam C7837WIP - anyone have 48.50.*.* firmware?

I just bought a new C7837WIP (I already own two older ones). The new one has completely different firmware (48.53.75.98), which seems to be crippled compared to the old version - the new one has no web admin interface, and it is impossible to apply a static IP address. The facility for changing the default admin password is also broken - the Eye4 app is supposed to do this, but just hangs whenever you try to apply the change.

I'd like to downgrade to the firmware version that I have on my older cameras - 48.50.72.77. Can anyone point me to a download link for this?

I have a cam type C7815WIP and have also issues with the current firmware.

No, I never resolved it so returned the cam for a refund. I also realised that there was no way of updating the firmware on the model that I had (at least not from the web GUI)
 
Thanks for your reply... Do you know where I can find firmware for my cam.

Everything is working expect setup Email or FTP notifications (is not visible in menu)
