Does the icon in the upper right on the VTH look like this?:
Apologies, I just noticed you were in Kenya, so a back and forth dialog is not going to be particularly helpful.
What I should have said is this:
1) If the icon does not look like the one in the graphic, it means that the VTH is not connected to the VTO.
If, so, please recheck your settings.
2) The fact that the VTO plays the audio message "Calling now..." (or whatever audio clip yours plays) is not evidence that
it is connected to the VTH, only that it has power. That is a hardwired feature of the VTO and does not reflect
any configuration or connection status.
3) It might be worth noting that holding the VTH "Setting" gear icon for 4-5 seconds gives you
access to more complex settings options. The default password for "Setting" is 123456.
