Hello, I am looking for people who have this firmware installed on their VTO2000A :
General_VTOXXX_Eng_P_16M_V3.120.0000.0.R.20180613.

Firmware is official available from Dahua wiki at Video Intercom/Products/VTO2000A - Dahua Wiki
Please let me know as I would need some information

i have downloaded and unpacked it but i dont't understand because there are lot of files...which one is the firmware?

I have found also this file in internet : General_Multi3_VTO2000A_EngRusItlFreGetDutSpaPor_P_16M_V3.100.0000.0.R.20170402.bin is it russian, italian, french, german dutch, spanish, portoguese version?
 
FYI please be cautious because this Dahua Wiki I mention on the first post here is NOT OFFICIAL, and the firmware there is also not official and bricked my VTO (I had to buy a new one, as I have not tried yet to unblock it ...).
So please be careful installing the "General_VTOXXX_Eng_P_16M_V3.120.0000.0.R.20180613." !!!

I would have a problem: I entered this firmware via configtool (General_VTOXXX_Eng_P_16M_V3.120.0000.0.R.20180613) on a VTO2000a-c and now I can not get into the web service.
I did not understand if I got the wrong firmware or omitted something, but the default password does not go (and even the reset by pressing the anti-tamper key five times).
How can I recover the product?

I had the same problem. Try to install "IE Tab" extension to your Chrome. Then try to access by chrome.

yes ... even try another browser or if still nor working another computer to access the VTO.
I have already several times experienced a browser like if it was still recognizing the "old" (mean before FW upgrade) VTO instead of the VTO where the new firmware was installed ...
