HI,

I am thinking of replacing my doorbird with the DAHUA VTO2202F-P, But i also need the possibility to have a connection to my homeautomation. I was thinking if its possible to get the doorbellpress event in Blueiris via ONVIF?

Can somebody confirm this?

Thanks in advance.

youtube video guy did just this, with MQTT.
I'm asking Andy for the price tag of a 2202 and may purchase it to see what happens. Currently, using boobie cam and regular doorbell.

@Holbs Thanks for this quick reply. Are you using the MQTT way to integrate?
I was curious (as I cannot find relevant details in the documentation) have you any info regarding the pinouts behind the VTO or VTH unit? I was wondering if any of them could be used to 'close a circuit'. I have a motorised gate that has a push switch in the house to trigger an open/close command and if it can work I'd love to use the 'unlock' feature in the VTH/VTO

My issue with BlueIris is as per this thread :( Need some help adding a Dahua DH-VTO2201F Doorbell video camera to BlueIris | IP Cam Talk
