I have been tormenting for several days with VTO2202F-P.
The device was originally with firmware V1.000.0000000.5.R.190423. I updated it to version V4.410.0000000.4.R.20200221 (mega.nz ).
Updated using VDPConfig, first uploaded DH_VTO2202F_MultiLang_PN_SIP_V4.410.0000000.4.R.20200221.bin, after DH_VTO2202F_MultiLang_PN_SIP_V4.410.0000000.4.R.20200221.language.bin.

The device is updated normally. Now I can select a language.
I choose the language, the device reboots, everything works fine.
But if I restart the device again, then the language returns to English.

I already tried resetting the settings, re-flashing, nothing helps.
Has anyone encountered a problem that the selected language is not saved?

When you flash the multilanguage did you flag the "clear config"?

Ok. Try this procedure when you change the language.
From the initial page of the menu go to local setting.
Than change the language (top right)
Than quickly click (you must do it before it reboots) on "confirm" (you should have it in the bottom right corner.

I changed the language and managed to press the button, it did not help.

Yes, it's for vto2202f/vto2202f-p.
I do not know what this Upall_VTO.200221.bin (135Mb), but firmware files is two - DH_VTO2202F_MultiLang_PN_SIP_V4.410.0000000.4.R.20200221.bin (24Mb) and DH_VTO2202F_MultiLang_PN_SIP_V4.410.0000000.4.R.20200221.language.bin (6Mb).
 
When you update from 1.0 to 4.410 than you need to clear Config. I recommend dont use ClearConfig threw ConfigTool, set it to default, on Web Interface.

Having only one trouble thought not thinking firmware related, I'm trying to use VTO2202F with 2-wire connection throught VTNC3000A but not having network, using RJ45 working as expected.

Maybe I need VTNS1006A-2 as 2-wire switch instead of VTNC3000A? VTNC3000A is working with and old VTO2000A-2 and VTH1510CH-2

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, you got it right, vtnc3000A is only compatible with vto2000a-2 and vth1550chw-2, for the newer vto and vth you need the vtns1006a-2.
Something similar goes for the PoE on IP VTO and VTH, the old VTNS1060A only works with vto2000a and vth1550ch, bew ones work with regular PoE switches.
 
I got VTO2202F working with VTNS1006A-2 and 2-wire connection thought old VTH1550CHW-2 don't work with new VTNS1006A-2 so now i have:

VTO2202F with 2-wire connection throught VTNS1006A-2 and VTH1550CHW-2 with 2-wire connection throught VTNC3000A :)

Another question, I don't find in VTO2202F interface the EVENTS part to store things in SDCARD like seen in attached screenshot, I don't have that thought SDCARD is on VTO. Anyone having seen that or know about?

Did you have a chance to try integrating with Home Assistant? Can it capture button presses? Does the camera support ONVIF? Can you add it to BI?
 
hola porgapudistes instalar alguna vercion de sip que no sea V3? preciso instalar le una tipo General_VTO2000A_Mex_P_SIP_V1.000.00.0.T.20160218 que es solo Sip. para que se pueda integrar al DSS V6.8 de dahua
 
There is no "non-SIP" firmware for gen2 and gen3 devices.
All Dahua VDP's run SIP only now.
