VTO2211G-WP missing Events for SD recording

I did do a few additional tests-- here's what I've found so far:

1. Call button pushed and answered by VTH -- NO RECORDING
2. Call button pushed and answered, record button pushed on VTH-- NO RECORDING
3. Call not answered, no message left -- RECORDED SUCCESFULLY
4. Call no answered, message left-- 2 Clips RECORDED SUCCESSFULLY -- 1 before the message while ringing, 1 for the message itself
 
This should be normal behavior as far as I'm concerned. The logic is if you have reacted to the call, no need to record it.
Maybe you could play a little bit with settings in the admin config to record all events.
Also I have an NVR and somehow I have turned on motion detection on VTO either by NVR or DMSS and then I got all the events recorded.
 
Old posts i see. I have the same vto. I put SD. They told me that recording is impossible without the indoor unit. Is it still possible? How can I upload the new firmware, with me I can only click the update button, I don't have the option to send it as a file..
 
Hello,

I have a VTO2211G and a VTH5341 both with an SD card (external storage for VTH).

I can see the event in DMSS in the video playback menu but not when I go to the VTO in the history messages.

The screenshots are not the right ones in this section.

And in the VTO I only have missing calls from the VTO form but no video or screenshot.

All options are selected in the VTO admin console.
I can't see anything on the VTH.

Can you have a solution?
