I have a Dahua VTO2211G-WP.
Connected in the house on wifi, on the table, with a 12V 2A rectifier, by measuring the voltage I notice everything works neatly. Every time during unlocking, release the voltage to NO / COM + 12V. On table, in kitchen.
When I connect it to the fence, the device works via WIFI using only two wires from the UTP power cable (same rectifier, 12V 2A) the device resets when trying to unlock the door. Sometimes it only resets when I look at his camera on my cell phone or while talking to a guest trough DMSS.
If I’m not connected to it via cell phone, it doesn’t reset itself during the day.
Do you think the device is faulty or do I need to buy a stronger rectifier, for example a 5A?
