I have a VTO4202 with fingerscan module. The latter makes a few problems. To process the events I use the DahuaEventHandler.php ( riogrande75/Dahua ).
I have connected to the relay to open the door my bell chime, if I now scan my finger and everything works correctly the chime sounds.
I scan my finger 10x and hear 3x the bell. I have disabled all sound outputs. 7x the VTO sounds "The scanned fingerprint is not registered in the System" nevertheless the finger is evaluated correctly in the DahuaEventHandler.
"Event FingerPrintCheck success, Finger number 0, User Patrik_Auf".
3x the VTO remains mute and it just rings. Eventhandler:
"Event FingerPrintCheck success, Finger number 0, User Patrik_Auf"
"Event: AccessControl, Name OpenDoor Method 6, ReaderID 1, UserID 101"
I am really at a loss. Is the finger scanner broken? It seems to recognize the finger correctly, but the VTO thinks it's wrong! Why?
