That actually looks neat and Tidy up there compared to what I see when when I go popping ceiling tiles. How old is the Casino ?
My last experience with suspended ceiling and T-bar was Feb. 2017: when I lifted up a tile it seemed really heavy. Further inspection revealed rolls of pink fiberglass insulation, the kind generally reserved for laying in walls or ceiling between the joists, laying end-to-end, side-by-side, covering all the tiles.
Any of you old phone dogs out there should get a kick out of this! Think it’s time to upgrade my butt set?
Heck, mine is over 25 years old but it still has DTMF buttons with a slide switch for pulse......but no rotary dial like yours. I'll bet it's pretty heavy, too!

The age of the Casino: On Wiki: the " Hotel Casino" supposedly opened in 1992.
Good question! Im thinking it was added on in the later 90's. But I cant find good imagery to support that. In 1982 it was a dirt road with a Pull Barn and High stakes Bingo.
It went along in Phases, but that phase might have been part of first "add on" after the place was up and running. heres some google earth imagery from supposedly from 1991.
And again in 2003.
