Greetings.
I have a wansview ncm625ga, I tried resetting to factory so I can use it in blue iris but I'm having a hard time finding it on the network, unless it's just dead although all the activity lights are on. Maybe I'm not using the right windows wansview app to pick it up i downloaded from their website. Suggestions? Thanks.
