Want to confirm the Blue Iris App fee is separate

Before I do something dumb and spend money that is not needed, I want to confirm that the $9.99 for the Blue Iris mobile app is an extra charge over the subscription fee for the PC right? NOT complaining! Just making sure I don't already have mobile access and its a matter of punching in my key or something into the mobile app.
 
That is correct. Most find the free UI3 to be sufficient though.

But if you have two-way talk that will only work with the paid app.
