Watch Dog Issue

I have had BI Tools running on this machine before, but today I reloaded window10 so have reinstalled BI Tools and every time I click the enable box for Watch Dog Program monitor and BI is not running I get an error #0. I have checked the BI Path and everything appears to be correct. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you tried restarting the comp? If so, download and install Ultraviewer from ultraviewer.net and PM me the ID and PW so I can login and check it out please.
