This is a free country we can walk around whenever we feel like it! We are a just walking around minding our own business! Most kids are good. But when you see idiots doing this, it makes it harder to trust if the kid is doing the right thing. Because good kids dress just like this, and that's why they get stereotyped, its sad but true.
