Web access on android works but not Windows

I've reset network, computer, etc. Everything works great (as usual) but accessing BI via windows browser has stopped working as of about 2 weeks ago. No big deal but I like that interface. Any advice woudl be helpful - Ernie

IP address is the same as on my phone. Attached screenshot. Just a rejection... Thanks.

That is a public IP address, which is assigned to your router. You can't access that address from your home network unless your router has hairpin NAT enabled (this often isn't a visible option, so it either works or it doesn't).

Try the local address of your BI server. If you don't know it, you can find it in Blue Iris Options > Web server. It would also help if you reserved that IP address for your BI server in the router, so the address will not change.

Your phone is probably using cellular for that connection, so that the request would come from outside your home network.
