A few months ago I was on the phone with Hikvision tech support for an IP PTZ camera. The tech used a specific combination of the PTZ buttons to access a hidden menu that provided additional settings not available on the regular web GUI. It brought up a menu similar to the menu found on Hikvision TVI cameras.
Does anyone know what the key combination is and if it works on all cameras?
