If you looking on a television then look after the settings for external input

Its on a television. This is the only program I am having the issue with. I tried zooming out, but does not fully fix the view.

Tried Firefox, but plugin won't work. Just keeps showing needs plugin.

Was going to suggest checking the aspect ratio on TV to make sure it was not in a zoomed mode. Or some other setting "like set by programming".

If not, seems some folks have had success with Pale Moon browser when other browsers have choked. The Pale Moon Project homepage There are some threads that talk about which version to use that come up in a search too.

Fixed it under "Compatibility View settings".
