Over the past few days I started having huge stutter/stall streaming issues which I still have not resolved. Initially thought this was BI related but I noticed that events recorded to the internal SD card suffer from the same stuttering. The only thing I can think of that I havent tried is reformat the SD but all the storage options except Refresh are greyed out. What am I missing? Without removing the card, how can I format it?

I have tried both Edge and Chrome and neither appeared to make any difference however..... I tried Safari on my iPhone but there I could clearly see the "Select Radio Button" on the very left side of the screen, I then tried Edge again and sure enough, hard to see but it was there. Selecting this button and voila....... All good now. Thanks for the input
