WEIRD Hikvision Problem

Hi,

I currently have a HIKVISION DVR set up with 4 hardwired cameras (the new Flashing ones) and 1 POE Camera.

I use IVMS-4500 to view my 5 cameras away from home but have found that sometimes I can only view my POE camera rather than all 5 at once.

Would anybody kindly shed some light on what this is caused by?

List of things I have tried:
Restarting DVR and router
Switching off channel zero
Checking port forwarding and DDNS server
Using HikConnect which shows the hardwired 4 cameras but not the POE camera
Ensuring I have a static IP for my DVR and POE camera
Checking my 200mbps powerline adapters

Yes it does. It's been bugging me for a while

Hi Mike,

I tried that but it says it's already got the latest software.
It is still only showing the POE camera.

I have tried unplugging this from the router and now there are now no channels showing.
I thought it may have been due to the bitrate but the total of the maximum bitrate (for all cameras) are well below my upload speed.

The really annoying thing is that HikConnect is able to show the 4 cameras. I tried disabling this feature but still the one POE channel shows via my DDNS in IVMS-4500.
