weird locked icon on LaView NVR. how to unlock?

anyone know what this icon means?
a NO icon in the middle of the screen.
i cannot unlock to do Playback or anything. there's no place for me to enter my password as well....

Can you log into the NVR's embedded webGUI on a PC by opening a browser to the NVR's LAN IP address?
If so, perhaps you can enter your password there when prompted.

Maybe the icon indicates that the NVR's mouse has been locked to prevent an unauthorized person from configuring, disabling things, cams, etc.

alright, i arrived on site. client connected the mouse to the TV's usb port. lol
upon taking the mouse out then into the NVR, all is good.

Reminds me of many years ago when I was in a field office. Big customer's computer wasn't working right. On the phone, I asked if the write protect light on the disk drive was on. Customer said no. I drove 80 miles, walked in, write protect light was on, pushed button, drove back home.
