So Comcast came a knocking about a year or so ago, they went to the tap in our yard then asked to check inside our house, I asked what they are looking for and they said our system has been experiencing some issues and they were trying to find the cause. Well it turned out I had mistakenly connected an old Hauppauge TV tuner card that was still in my PC to the coax cable splitter under my desk and it was sending something through their system that was causing problems. I finally removed the card since I can watch most everything on the Internet now a days.

they'll have fiber in here about the time i go blind and deaf. Lots of old trees and roots. and the damn phone and Comcast are coming in off a Pole in the back yard. But I am getting between 60 & 85 Mbps down and 5-6 Mbps Up.
