What Changed?

Hi.. new to the forum...
I have been using blue iris for a few years now. No serious issues in that whole time. All of a sudden I can no longer access BI from my iPhone or any other PC in my house. As far as I can tell the only thing that may have changed is the system updated to 4.0.4.0 the other day... I can see things fine when on server. Anyone else seeing this or seen this in the past?

I messed around with Firewall settings. For some unknown reason it just had settings for BI 3 to get through firewall. I added BI 4 and things returned to normal.
