What did I do wrong?

I moved a folder in my BI to another hdd but now I am seeing this on the bottom and have been getting a lot of emails from BI. Here is what I see at the bottom of my screen. I then moved it back to the original so I thought but I still see the red letters below.

When you moved the folder, did you also update the quota numbers on that to reflect the size of the new drive? It looks like it's saying your E: drive is way short of space.
