Here's a screenshot of a post I made in another forum. TonyR suggested that this forum is the best place to get answers. As a noob I didn't realize I had problems until he pointed them out, and I didn't know about this forum. Anyway, check out the pic and tell me what you think. Thanks for your help.

You over allocated storage. lower the total amount of storage assigned to F:\
drop the folder "New" by about 30-40 GB. leave freespace on drive for best performance.
