Avoid installing Domes outdoors, the sun, dirt, UV degradation will eventually do it in.
Clean cams with distilled water and a GOOD quality microfiber cloth. Wipe gently.

But the dome is made of glass no?
I think glass is not affected by UV, I mean in cars you only need to renew you headlights if it use plastic instead of glass, isn't the same concept applies for domes?

I have a Lorex mini PTZ dome camera installed on the northeast corner under the eave and it's been fine for the last 5 years of Florida weather. I've always used window cleaner without ammonia and a soft lint free cloth. YMMV
