what hikvision NVR would meet my needs? i cant work it out

I want to get all hikvision cameras, 3MP, most running at 3MP, will be about 14 cameras in total running at 15 and 20FPS.
total bandwidth requirement would be about 120Mbps
what hikvision 16ch DVR would do that bandwidth? any?? or do I need a 32ch one??
can you recommend one for me that is not too expensive, I don't need a lot of the bells and whistles the top of the range ones come with.
MUST BE ENGLISH FIRMWARE and upgradable with English not Chinese.

crap, forgot all about that post. hadn't fully worked out what I wanted and understood nvr's totally. I know more now about what I want/need but don't know what one.
