What is a good mini ptz starlight?

I'm looking at either the following two:

SD40212T-HN https://www.dahuasecurity.com/products/productDetail/16491
SD29204T-GN https://www.dahuasecurity.com/products/productDetail/3781

I already have a 49225T-hn and I'm looking for something pole mountable. I don't need big zoom since this is mostly to capture face when approaching front door. But I want the PTZ so I can occasionally pan to the other side when I need to.

the second is not an outdoor camera. both have no ir.

Woops. Forgot they weren't IR.

The only problem I don't like about the SD1A203T is that it looks dinky... but that's my problem I guess.
