What is the best player for Windows PC to play .dav files?

What is the best player for Windows PC to play .dav files? I’ve tried MPC which was turning 60fps recorded video clip to displaying slow motion picture quality. I’m running skylake Intel Core i7-6700K on Asus Z170-Deluxe mobo, G.Skill TridentZ 16gb RAM, boot drive Samsung Evo M.2 1TB.

VLC won't read DAV files on my Window 7. I'm using KMPlayer to view the .dav videos. Also, I know that 5k player can play the DAV files as well. Or you can use the default DAV file player that created by the company that produces the CCTV cameras, like Dahua Smart Player that mentioned above, Amcrest Smart Player and more: Solved – How to Play DAV Videos on DAV File Player and Other Media Players
