I have an NVR 7616NI with 12x2CD2335 cameras connected on the internal PoE switch of the NVR.
All is working more or less OK. All camera are configured to record continuous in the NVR and also locally in their local SD memory card. Also various intrusion detection and line crossing events have been configured in the NVR and in the cameras. The cameras and NVR are configured to send emails for any configured event and for all errors in the NVR.
In the NVR log I have a lot of exceptions with minor type "Record/Capture Error" from all cameras at various times. The time stamp of these log entries do not coincide with any event generated emails from any camera.
What are these errors? What generates them? What is their significance? Should we have them? Should we do anything in order not to have them?
