I'm trying to create a new system for my parents and I didn't see a sticky of the list with the latest Dahua Cameras.

1. What is the Best Dahua Turret camera for low light conditions? And any of them happen to be varifocal?
2. What is the Best Dahua Bullet camera for low light conditions? And any of them happen to be varifocal?
3. Is their a new version of the IPC-HDBW4231F-E2-M Dual Starlight

In terms of best surely this depends on your budget? There’s a Sony cam that is one of the best for low light but you are talking mega bucks.
