What is this animal?

Caught this flying animal on my woods camera last night. I never heard of flying squirrels in CT but I have no idea what it can be.

Any ideas?

Firs thing that came to my mind was a sugar glider. Even less likely than a flying squirrel. Someone's escaped pet ?
