What to set on NVR for recording size

Hi

Below is my new setup , Hikvision NVR with HikVisiom Camera.
I was wondering what people set for bitrate, resolution framerate etc for recording.
New to this so not sure where to start if someone could point me in right direction.

I'd set the quality settings to highest. Frame rate 6-15 depending on retention require. Nitrate leave as default.
