What's the difference with these extended support products? and does IPCAMTALK store sell these?

It looks like the cheaper one is the same, but they are giving a discount as it is setup for automatic renewal, put both of them in your shopping cart then click on the individual items in the cart and you will see the differences, you can always remove them from your shopping cart! This just my observation, you should contact BI to confirm as I would not expect an answer on this user forum from them.
