I'm really sorry to read your story @Holbs! Bullet proof tires might be an idea, but are not a solution. An automatic pepper spray machine inside the tyre compartment might be an idea, but are not a solution. A fence around your property (with some loose hungry dogs) might be an idea, but are not a solution. Stringing 20.000V on your car might kill an incidental passant, and if the perp uses gloves, it won't help. Either these solutions are expensive, or they drogue your dog(s) with poisoned meat, or they wear masks and the pepper spray is useless.
