When verifying the count is enabled call isapi iam getting uauthorized error

The hikvision camera is conneced able to login through ip address also but when i call the isapi to get count details from camera iam getting unauthorized error

Try enabling Digest/Basic in both:

Network>Advanced Settings>Integration Protocol#
&
System>Security>Authentication

This is less secure, but will help make a start
