where can I get firmware for a DS-2CD2342WD-I? my night mode suddenly stopped working.

resetting the camera to default did not help, so I am hoping updating the firmware will.

also I need firmware for a DS-2CD2732F-IS it has version V5.3.0 build 150513 and it has been acting weird not switching between day and night and washing out at night

Sure that it's not the IR filter? I've had a couple of Hikvision cams of around that same vintage fail with that problem.

If you're going to update this -
Be sure it's an EN model, not CN, or it will break.
And upgrade in stages not just one big jump otherwise it will miss the configuration translations and no longer work.

Unless you are getting the purple hue in daytime that indicates a stuck IR cut filter, that may be a problem with the light sensor.
Check the dome is clean at the sensor location.
