Where to Download Smart PSS for Mac

I've been searching for links here, and I see people are using it, but can't find a link to download here or on Dahua's site. I'm a little bit concerned about malware insertions, does anyone know a reputable site/link to download Dahua Smart PSS from?

Bizarrely, on Dahua website I only see manuals to download

thanks. I have the sneaking suspicion a bunch of the links out there would great places to stick trojan code & etc.
